The Three Dot Dash Mentor program attracts influential experts and industry leaders from all walks of life and cultures around the world. While it is the GTL match that brings Mentors into the program, we have truly cultivated a unique super community of these thought leaders and continue to foster highly impactful networking and engagement between the GTLs, Mentors and team
Each Global Teen Leader (GTL) is carefully matched with an influencer specific to the GTLs’ goals, to work together for a minimum of one year and take their impact to new levels.
Three dot dash does an amazing job of bringing the right caliber of professionals together who all compliment each other. Mentoring becomes so much easier when you have like-minded people participating. You realize early on that you will take away just as much from the program, if not more, than you contribute
Benefits
All air/train travel, visa fees, hotel, meals and ground travel in NYC will be paid for by We Are Family Foundation for selected GTLs.
Eligibility
Potential GTLs must meet ALL of the following qualifications and requirements:
- Age 13-19 (at time of the Summit, March 27-April 3, 2020)
- Project or organization addresses one or more basic human need(s)
- Founder or co-founder of your own project or organization
- Committed to growing your work and impact now and in the future
- Already achieving tangible results
- Speak and write English proficiently
- Able to travel to the United States
- Participate during the entire Summit (no exceptions)
In order to apply, potential GTLs must be nominated by one of the following qualified Nominators:

- Three Dot Dash Coalition partner
- GTL Alumni
- Mentor Alumni
- A staff member at an educational institution
- A member of the We Are Family Foundation staff
- A member of the We Are Family Foundation board
- A member of the Three Dot Dash Just Peace Summit team
