Apply for the The European Union and Legal Reform (EULR) Summer School in Montenegro 2020. The summer school is organised by the Center for Constitutional Studies and Democratic Development (CCSDD). The session will take place in Igalo (Herceg-Novi), Montenegro.
The CCSDD conducts research and training in the field of comparative constitutional law, focusing on countries undergoing a process of democratic transition. Through conferences, workshops, publications, summer schools, study trips, and speaker series, the CCSDD addresses issues of civil society development and legal reform.
This year’s edition of the Summer School will explore some of these issues and bring them in the context of the EU enlargement effort. It will take place in Igalo (Herceg-Novi), Montenegro, from July 7-13, 2020 and is open to final-year undergraduate students and graduate students in Law and Political Science, as well as young professionals and scholars.

Benefits for applicants
- For self paying applicants, the full cost of tuition, accommodation and food during the time of the conference is 850,00 EUR.
- The organizers offer a number of partial and full scholarships to students who request the funding during the application process.
- While selection of applicants will be based on the academic merit of the applications, those willing to bear the participation costs fully or partially will be preferred in case of equally strong applications.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must fulfill the following criteria in order to be considered for the scholarship
- The scholarship is dedicated to final-year undergraduate students and graduate students in Law and Political Science, as well as young professionals and scholars.

Note about Transit Visa: All participants are required to find out individually whether they need a transit visa to reach Montenegro. Whenever a transit visa is necessary, individuals must promptly inform the Summer School Coordinators.
